Every product delivered by FlexFuel Nutrition is 100% genuine and sealed. We take full responsibility for what we deliver.

You Are Eligible For Replacement If:

→ Wrong product was delivered

→ Product arrived damaged

→ Package was not properly sealed

→ Expired product was delivered

Replacement Is Not Applicable If:

→ Product has been opened or used

→ Original packaging has been damaged by you

→ Request is made after 24 hours of delivery

How To Raise A Replacement Request

Step 2: Send photos or video of the product

Step 3: We will verify and arrange replacement

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a case by case basis.

COD orders — no refund applicable.

Prepaid orders — refund within 5–7 business days if replacement is not possible.
